Vince Vigneri, Executive Director of BNI of the Heartland, has been a member of BNI since 1998, originally a member of the "First Omaha Chapter" of BNI. In 2009 with the help of his team of Directors and Ambassadors, Vince has grown BNI of the Heartland, serving Nebraska and Western Iowa in Omaha and Lincoln. For 2010 the company’s goals include new Nebraska chapters in Kearney, Grand Island, Hastings and Fremont, as well as additional Western Iowa chapters. With more time to focus on BNI, Vince along with the Directors and Ambassadors will continue to achieve the lofty goals they set. Vince resides in Omaha with his wife, Kristina, son, Rocco and daughter, Addison Shea. He is also a member of Omaha Morning Rotary, The Greater Omaha Chamber of Commerce, The Lincoln Chamber of Commerce, and the Knights of Columbus #11700. Kristin Gzehoviak, Assistant Director, Chapter Placement Specialist, and Member Extravaganza Project Specialist, has been involved with BNI of the Heartland since 2006. Since 2008 Kristin has served as the Project Manager for our Visitor’s Day events that coincide with our Member Extravaganza. She will be working with all of our chapters and our Assistant Directors to help take our organization to another level. Dee Glantz, Assistant Director in the Omaha area, is a member of the Success Alliance chapter. She has served as a visitor host, education coordinator and as a past president. She currently serves on the Leadership for Learning board of directors. Leadership for Learning is a program uniting business professionals from BNI with high school students to further their professional ambitions. She has taken a lead role in the Leadership Mindshare, a forum for chapter leaders to bring and share ideas together. Dee is also the Mentoring Coordinator for the Heartland region, working with leadership to grow the mentoring program in their chapters and to grow stronger chapter members. Because of her background in graphic design and marketing, Dee works with the area chapters to build their marketing presence through chapter brochures and websites. Kim Mittelstadt, Assistant Director in the Lincoln area was a member of the “Capital City Insiders” chapter of BNI from 2000-2005. In 2005, while serving as Vice President, Kim helped the core-group restructure and launched the chapter, “Biz Booster$”. Along with Vice President, Kim has served as Secretary/Treasurer, Visitor Host, and Education Coordinator helping the “Biz Booster$” chapter grow to 25+. Kim and her husband, Matt, reside in Lincoln. Cheryl Hansen, Assistant Director in the Lincoln area, is a member of the "Biz Boosters" Chapter of BNI. She has been a member since January 2008 and served as Visitor Hostess. In 2008, she also worked with other chapters as an Ambassador to help them gain more benefits from their BNI memberships. Cheryl builds teams of BeautiControl consultants, which correlates well with the team building of BNI. Cali Hlavac, Assistant Director in the Lincoln area, is a member of the "Breakfast of Champions" Chapter of BNI. She has been involved in BNI since October 2007. She is currently the Event Coordinator in her chapter and has previously been on the Membership Committee. Cali also is the president of A Sound Impression, an events entertainment company specializing in DJ/Hosting, Videography, and planning for weddings and other special events. She enjoys sharing the benefits of BNI with others to show them how to increase their networks and their business. Aaron J Newell, Assistant Director in the Lincoln area, is a member of the "Breakfast of Champions" Chapter of BNI. He has been involved in BNI since April 2004. He has held offices of Secretary/Treasurer, Vice President, and President. He was also the co-chair for the Lincoln Chamber of Commerce Ambassador Council, honored with the 40 under 40 award in 2008, and voted one of Lincoln’s best dressed in 2009. Aaron is the president of Accounts Receivable Solutions, a full service collection agency specializing in medical collections. BNI is a great fit with all the networking events that he participates in. He looks forward to working with BNI chapters in Lincoln to provide leadership and mentoring opportunities. Tom Millie, Assistant Director in the Omaha area, is a member of the "Network Connections" Chapter of BNI. He has been a member of BNI since December 2008 and currently serves as the event coordinator for the chapter. Tom owns and operations Efficient Appraisals, a personal and real property appraisal firm in Omaha. His large network of business professionals in the Omaha, Blair and Fremont area will allow him to contribute and grow other BNI chapters he works with. Todd Speidell, Assistant Director in the Lincoln area, has been a member of the "Business Boosters" chapter for over 10 years, and has held many different positions from Secretary/Treasurer to Education Coordinator to President. He served as a BNI Ambassador before accepting the position of Assistant Director and enjoys working with chapters to maximize their effectiveness and growth. Todd has seen the benefits of membership in BNI both personally and professionally with the growth of Speidell Body Works and Auto Glass and enjoys helping others realize the same from their chapters. Shawn Cannon, Assistant Director in the Omaha area, is a member of the “Bluffs Business Builders” chapter where he currently serves as Education Coordinator. He enjoys visiting chapters from other areas and sharing ideas discovered along the way. Shawn works in Contractor Resources for FedEx Ground supporting the development of local pickup and delivery businesses who partner with FedEx. He holds a BA in Theatre from the University of Northern Iowa and may often be found volunteering at local community theatres or singing with the Glory Road Gospel Quartet. Shawn’s favorite role to play is “family man”. He presently resides in his hometown of Council Bluffs with wife, Joplyn, sons, Keller and Daniel, rat terrier, Belle, and multiple hermit crabs. Heather Legge, Assistant Director in the Omaha area, is a member of the "Happy, Hour and a Half" chapter. She has been a member since early 2008, and has been a leader in her chapter.
